Description de poste :• The Marketing Manager will be responsible of strategic planning, implementation and monitoring of Marketing activities in line with department objectives as well as developing and maintaining advertising strategies to meet organizational objectives. Job Responsibilities: • Execute marketing communications initiatives in line with strategic objectives; • Oversee Design and publishing of promotional material; • Organize fairs, exhibitions, shows and other events and communication activities; • Coordinate with PR, press and advertising/marketing communications agencies to increase brand awareness; • Responsible for website design and editing, social media and digital channels; • Periodical forecasting, budgeting and contributing to cost reduction; • Identify and resolve issues and dysfunctions; • Provide timely and accurate Marketing reports for management and directors; • Ensure appropriate implementation of policies and procedures according to established standards; • Explore opportunities, study new markets, design new programs and product launch activities. • Manage, recruit, train and retain Marketing staff; • Design and develop marketing materials, e.g. corporate brochure, articles, personal and practice group profiles, website, etc.; • Develop and integrate marketing activities across service areas, e.g. logo, templates for request for proposals, PowerPoint, etc.; • Develop and maintain the firm’s websiteand ensure updated content; • Monitor production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and appropriateness • Develop and implement the firm’s public relations program, to include internal and external publications (e.g. newsletters, client alerts, greeting cards, etc.) that enhance public awareness of the firm • Develop and implement the firm’s advertising program – design and place advertisements; negotiate contracts with media; work with design agencies on advertising campaigns • Evaluate and implement firm participation in sponsorships and community programs to enhance corporate responsibility • Coordinate, review, edit and design responses to Request for Proposals • Oversee planning and execution of client seminars, and Projects special events, panel participation and other ad hoc marketing efforts • Internet and marketing research • Attend various practice group meetings to assist with the development of marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-marketing • Ensure smooth operations of the Marketing Department • Prepare annual marketing budget and approve and monitor marketing-related expenses  Marketing Strategies & Campaigns  Corporate Communications  Creative Team Leadership  Product Positioning & Branding  Web & Print Content Development  Focus Group & Market Research  Development of Training Materials  Sales Collateral & Support  Public & Media Relations  New Product LaunchProfil rechercher :• Educated to Masters Level in Marketing & Advertising related subject • Minimum of12years’ experience • Minimum of 3 years as Marketing Manager preferablyin a well-known group based in the GCC • Experience in creating and implementing Marketing policies and frameworks. • Proven track records in developing the Marketing department and increasing profit rates. • Strong personality, able to execute decision independently. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English essential, Arabic preferred); • Strong analytical and technical skills; • Excellent knowledge of GCC market with an established network of contacts; • Good leadership and management skill, ability to supervise people of mixed nationalities; • Ability to plan and take timely and effective decisions; • Target driven and can work under pressure; • Knowledge of Microsoft office package;Spécialité :MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
